Our mission is to build everyday athletes who are strong, capable, and ready for life.
After years of serving in the Army and Air Force Special Warfare, we trained to face some of the hardest challenges of our lives. In doing so, we realized something powerful. The mindset, habits, and coaching that builds elite performers can also transform the lives of everyday people too — parents, beginners, middle-aged athletes, weekend warriors, and anyone who wants more out of themselves.

The Army took me everywhere, from Georgia to Hawaii and Iraq twice. Those years shaped me. They formed the standards I live and coach by.
I may not wear the uniform anymore, but I still love serving…it just looks different now. I’m here to help people see what they’re capable of, especially when they can’t see it yet.

I’ve been doing CrossFit for over 10 years, and my fitness has been built through my time in the Air Force, starting in Special Warfare and continuing today in high-level Guard operations.
I train to stay ready—physically and mentally, and I help others build real strength and resilience that carries over into everyday life.
